Crisis PR Apology For Kenneth Cole & Groupon
As the ad guru and social media brand manager for both Kenneth Cole and Groupon, yesterday I was forced to stop everything I was doing and film this apology statement with my iPhone to address the controversy surrounding a couple of my targeted viral marketing tactics last week. So once again, I’m “sorry” my hilarious/clever ad messages went super-viral, jacked a firehose of hits, and drew tons of buzz for both of those brands. Guess some people weren’t ready for that strat.
